Julie Finn is a registered professional engineer in Maine and Missouri and is seeking her license in Massachusetts. She is currently the EAE Manager of Engineering Services and Quality Manager Assistant. During her career, she has successfully managed environmental and civil engineering projects and completed design of both water and wastewater pipelines. She has completed analyses associated with wastewater and water asset planning. She has extensive experience with inflow/infiltration (I/I) studies, from flow and rainfall analysis to calculation of the magnitude and impact of I/I to repair and replacement of deficient assets. She has conducted environmental site investigation, risk assessment and remediation at the state and federal level for sites contaminated with fuels, solvents, PCBs, and inorganics. Julie has provided construction monitoring services for projects in excess of $15M and quality control services for various projects, including the surface preparation and coating of over 2,000 linear feet of 60-inch force main. She effectively works with all team members to complete the project scope with a high level of quality within the schedule and budget.
